Mr Chakra Balayar was fascinated by the idea of WNSO and hence, joined WNSO in 2002 from Korea(South). He did his Bachelor and Master Computer Engineering from Korea. He had worked actively to promote the voice of Nepalese student circle in Korea and programmed in many social events too. In 2007, he went to Canada for his Ph D and now working as research assistant.

From the beginning, Mr Balayar came with enough energy to lift the WNSO to different era. He quickly realised that concept of WNSO is gigantic and need of it for Nepalese students around the world is important as a result, he found WNSO South Korea. He has taken responsibilities in various area of WNSO, some are listed below:
